He attended Gullett Elementary; Lamar Middle School where he was the quarterback of their football team, McCallum and Crockett High Schools where he played on the baseball team, and was actively involved in golf and team oriented sports. An avid fisherman and surfer, and attended Austin Community College. Stevie worked in Security Sales.
Stevie was a loving, caring person and always had a smile and he was loved by everyone that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Foshee; and grandmother, Sara Jean Looney.
Stevie is survived by his mother, Jody Foshee; father, Stephen Hal Looney; grandfather, Hal A. Looney; grandmother, Chris Foshee; aunts and uncles, Stephanie Jean Looney, Jimmy Foshee, Tommy Foshee, cousins, Sara Jean Todd and Hal Todd; Laura Foster, Dirk Foster, Bill Ward and Kathleen Ward.
Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 16, 2010 at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel, 2620 South Congress Avenue.
