Sydney Graham

Sydney Lauren Graham, age 26, went to her eternal home on Saturday, March 18th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and positivity. Born on December 3, 1996, she was the youngest of three girls and brought a unique sense of joy and humor to the lives of those around her.

Sydney graduated from James Bowie High School in 2015 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from St. Edwards University in 2019. Her bright and sunny personality shone through in everything she did and her passion for life was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Sydney always saw the best in people; she was goofy, fun-loving, free-spirited, adventurous, and unapologetically herself. Her infectious laughter and genuine kindness made her an unforgettable presence in the lives of her family and friends.

She was a beloved daughter to David Graham and Wendy Cogan, and a cherished sister to Lindsay Graham, Caroline Sanders and Caroline’s husband Ben. Sydney’s memory will also be cherished by her uncles, Greg Graham, Bill Hanson, Mike Hanson and his wife Melissa, as well as her cousins Brandon and Justin Graham, Krystal Wehmeyer and her husband Bryan, Justin Hanson and his wife Kayla. She is also survived by her stepfather Dave Cogan and stepsiblings Michael and Jasmine Cogan.

Sydney’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 3:00pm at Cook Walden/Forest Oaks, located at 6300 W. William Cannon Dr. Her family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and remember the many ways in which she touched their hearts.

The family would like to thank everyone for their overwhelming love and support during this difficult time.

Sydney will be deeply missed, but her light will continue to shine on through the memories and love she left behind.
