

Travis Nobles Sprinkle, age 31, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Lakeway Regional Medical Center, with his family at his side. He was born on October 10, 1984 in Austin, Texas three weeks early on the Wednesday before the Texas/ OU game, which kept his father from attending. (Thanks goodness as it rained and the teams finished the game tied.)
Travis was a 2003 graduate of Anderson High School where he was awarded All District playing baseball. He attended McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. In addition, he attended Le Cordon Bleu in North Austin. He was a Banquet Captain at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. Travis had such a kind soul with a love for people and animals. Travis had many passions, some of which included music, food, and sports. Travis loved the Texas Longhorns and was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Travis was preceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Ernie Sprinkle, his maternal grandfather, Mathis Blackstock, and greatuncles Bobby Langlinais, Jerry Landry, and Henry Landry. He is survived by his fiancé and love of his life, Danielle Duke, his parents and sister Jim, Clare, and, Kelly Sprinkle, his maternal grandmother, Mary Blackstock, his paternal aunt, Patti Walker, his maternal aunt and uncles, Katy and Danny Gitlin, and Greg Blackstock, and numerous cousins and extended family members. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff in the ICU at Lakeway Regional Medical Center for their compassion and professionalism while they cared for Travis.
