Travis Williford, age 19, of Red Rock, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2003. He graduated from Bastrop High School, where he played baseball and tennis. Travis loved the Texas Longhorns and the Texas Rangers. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Fred Williams. Travis is survived by his parents, John and Janet Williford, of Red Rock; brother, Jon-Michael Williford; grandmothers, Pearlie Turner and Elizabeth Williams; grandfather, Bob Williford; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2003, at Ascension Catholic Church in Bastrop, Reverend Monsignor Edward J. Dokupil as celebrant.
