She is survived by her husband of 66 years, James Robert Bouldin Sr; 3 children, James "J" Bouldin Jr and wife, Brenda; Leonard Wolf Bouldin and wife Ann; and Roxann Wolf Bouldin; 5 grandchildren, Trey Bouldin, Whitney Williams, Tonya Burleigh, Will Bouldin, and Elizabeth Bouldin; 4 great-grandchildren and sister, Juanita Bouldin.
Vida was a life-long Austin resident born Oct 31, 1928. She graduated from Austin High School in 1945 and attended TCU. She worked for the Texas Legislature and Fehr & Granger Architects. She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church, a long-time member of the Austin Country Club and loved playing Bridge with friends, hunting and fishing, and trips to Port Aransas.
Services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 3501 Red River St. Visitation at the church following the service.
