

William was a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12 for more than 40 years. Throughout his career he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication to his craft, and the pride he took in providing for his family.
Outside of work, William enjoyed many hobbies that brought him joy throughout his life. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and baking. Whether he was outdoors enjoying nature or in the kitchen preparing something to share with family and friends, William appreciated the simple pleasures of life and the time spent with those he loved.
William was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Phyllis Hanson, who passed away in 2025.
He is survived by his siblings, Stanley Hale of Port Orchard, WA, Sharon Jonse of Round Rock, TX, Patricia Blackwood of Seabeck, WA, and Douglas Roedder of Port Orchard, WA. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Amber Antonovich of Austin, TX, Nicolas Antonovich of Pendleton, OR, and Timothy Jackson of Pendleton, OR.
William will be remembered for his kindness, his steady presence, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
