A memorial service in honor of Wyatt’s life will be held at 4:00 pm, February 12th at Plymouth Park United Methodist Church in Irving Texas.
Aside from his family, Wyatt’s passion was his John Deere tractor and his work. As a loving physician for over 50 years, he will be remembered by all the lives he touched. He never met a stranger, and was loved by all who knew him.
Wyatt is survived by those who will cherish his memory, wife of 28 years Pat Collins, his son Jeff Collins, his daughter Belinda Goodman and her husband Jim, his step son Tyson Blankemeyer and his wife Cherry, and his step son Guy Blankemeyer. His memories will be forever in the hearts of his 9 grandchildren Kyle Ketchersid, Candice Ketchersid, Dac Collins, Madison Collins, Elias Blankemeyer, Emilio Blankemeyer, Marisol Blankemeyer, Elyse Blankemeyer, and Grant Blankemeyer.
He was preceded in death by his son, Wyatt Eugene “Gene” Collins, Jr.
