We report with deep sorrow that our brother in Christ, Xiao Dong (Victor) Li, age 26, passed away on September 12th, 2006 due to injuries sustained from a car accident on September 7th. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Li, his father Tian Gong Li and his mother Jing Sheng Gao.
