It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles (Chuck) Gerard William Plant, on Sunday May 8, 2022 at the age of 62. He was born on August 19, 1959 in Darjeeling, India, the son of the late Vincent and Dorcas (née Smith). He was predeceased by his dear brother Chris.
Charles leaves in sorrow his wife Seema, his son Chris (Charlotte), and his daughter Sabrina (Gus). He is lovingly remembered by his brother Mark (Antonella), and sisters Jackie (Paul) and Ruth, his nieces and nephews (Alex, Maya, Kathryn, Jordan, Mikayla, Alexa, Hannah, Jenny, Alika, Madhav, Sahil and Sanjana) as well as by his extended Kukreja family in India.
Charles was a larger than life personality, well known for his humour, wit and generosity of heart. He was devoted to and intensely proud of his children for whom he was a pillar of strength. He will be missed dearly and remains in our thoughts and prayers.
A private funeral service is planned; condolences may be posted at www.funerariumbeauchampquebec.ca. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
