Fiorenzo De Lellis

He was the son of the late Luigi De Lellis and the late Francesca Fappiano.

He leaves to mourn his beloved wife, Anna De Lellis Boucher, with whom he shared 41 wonderful years of marriage; his children, Luigi (Natacha) and Sabrina (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Mickey and Piper.

He also leaves to mourn his brother Daniele, as well as many cousins and dear friends, including his cherished friends Tito and Bruno Sabatini of Rome. He joins his brother Sergio, who preceded him.

Fiorenzo was a kind-hearted, generous and caring man who was always there for his family. A passionate soccer fan, he loved sharing his passion for the sport by volunteering with young people and, above all, by creating beautiful memories with his grandchildren.

He loved telling stories. Thanks to his remarkable memory, he could recall a thousand details and speak passionately about major events, especially the Olympic Games.

He also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as a good plate of pasta and spending time surrounded by those he loved.

To his grandchildren, he was affectionately known as “Nonno” (Italian for grandfather).

His memory will remain forever engraved in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to share a part of life’s journey with him.

Out of respect for Fiorenzo, a private service will be held for the immediate family.

È con profonda tristezza che annunciamo la scomparsa di Fiorenzo De Lellis, avvenuta il 16 agosto 2026, all’età di 77 anni.

Era figlio del defunto Luigi De Lellis e della defunta Francesca Fappiano.

Lascia nel dolore la sua amata moglie, Anna De Lellis Boucher, con la quale ha condiviso 41 splendidi anni di matrimonio; i figli, Luigi (Natacha) e Sabrina (Curtis); e i nipoti, Mickey e Piper.

Lascia inoltre nel dolore il fratello Daniele, numerosi cugini, cugine e cari amici, tra cui i suoi cari amici Tito e Bruno Sabatini, di Roma. Si ricongiunge al fratello Sergio, che lo ha preceduto.

Fiorenzo era un uomo dal cuore grande, generoso, premuroso e sempre presente per la sua famiglia. Appassionato di calcio, amava trasmettere il suo amore per lo sport facendo volontariato con i giovani e, soprattutto, condividendo momenti preziosi con i suoi nipoti.

Amava raccontare storie. Grazie alla sua memoria straordinaria, riusciva a ricordare mille dettagli e a parlare con passione dei grandi avvenimenti, in particolare dei Giochi Olimpici.

Amava anche i semplici piaceri della vita, come un buon piatto di pasta e i momenti trascorsi circondato dalle persone che amava.

Per i suoi nipoti era affettuosamente conosciuto come « Nonno ».

Il suo ricordo rimarrà per sempre inciso nel cuore di tutti coloro che hanno avuto la fortuna di condividere con lui un tratto del cammino della vita.

In segno di rispetto per Fiorenzo, si terrà una cerimonia privata riservata alla famiglia.
