Antonio de Leon, lovingly known as “Lynn” to his family and “Tony” to his friends and coworkers, entered into eternal rest at the age of 75 on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, surrounded by the love and prayers of those closest to him. Born on June 13, 1950, in the Philippines, Antonio lived a life guided by faith, strengthened by perseverance, shaped by his love for music, and defined by his unwavering devotion to family.
As one of ten siblings—nine brothers and one sister—Antonio learned early the importance of unity, humility, and mutual support. Those values shaped him throughout his life and became the foundation of the family he later built.
Though quiet in demeanor, Antonio’s faith was steady and deeply rooted. He expressed his beliefs not through many words, but through daily acts of service, generosity, and love. Helping others was, for him, a way of honoring God.
In the Philippines, Antonio founded ALNE Industries, specializing in epoxy flooring. Yet ALNE was more than a business — it was a way for him to uplift others. He intentionally hired people without advanced education or formal training, offering them dignity, stability, and hope. He believed everyone deserved a chance to build a better life, and he created those opportunities wherever he could.
A natural visionary, Antonio also pursued the ambitious idea of creating the first Philippine-made fiberglass car — a project that reflected his creativity, ingenuity, and belief that innovation could come from anyone willing to try.
Antonio’s gifts extended beyond business.
He had a deep love for music, especially the guitar. He was highly skilled at reading music and, in his younger years, taught others how to play. Music came naturally to him, and the guitar allowed him to express a quieter, more artistic side of himself. He loved the Beatles, and their songs remained among his favorites throughout his life.
When Antonio immigrated to the United States, he brought with him his resilience and unwavering work ethic. Determined to provide for his family, he worked various jobs over the years — first as an Associate at Stop & Shop, later as an Associate at Target, and ultimately at Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, where he served as a Quality Assurance Inspector. He approached every role with pride and purpose, working not for recognition but out of love.
Antonio also loved sports. He was an excellent golfer, known for his smooth swing and natural ability. He enjoyed watching baseball and basketball, and he closely followed how the Yankees were doing each season. Sports gave him joy, connection, and a sense of home.
Ten years after arriving in America, in 2010, Antonio survived cancer.
The treatment saved his life, but the effects of radiation created long-term health challenges that he faced quietly and bravely for the next fifteen years. Still, he rarely complained. He met every hardship with humility, acceptance, and faith, grateful for the years God allowed him to remain with his family.
Throughout his life, Antonio remained a devoted husband to Nora, his partner in sacrifice and love. Their marriage — built on faith, perseverance, and deep mutual respect — was a steady foundation for their children. Their reunion now, in God’s eternal rest, brings comfort to all who loved them.
Antonio is survived by his loving children and grandchildren, who continue to carry forward the values he lived each day. His family was his joy, his pride, and his constant motivation.
Gentle, thoughtful, and generous, Antonio was someone you could rely on — a quiet presence who offered help before being asked, who supported his siblings faithfully, and who extended kindness without expectation. His life was a reflection of humility, courage, devotion, and grace.
Antonio leaves behind a legacy of compassion, perseverance, faith, and love — a legacy carried forward by the family he cherished and the many lives he touched.
May Antonio rest in the peace of Christ, reunited with his beloved wife.
And may perpetual light shine upon him.
