

Carmen Maria Parrucci (nee Salcedo), 87, of West Islip, formerly of Babylon, entered into Eternal Life on November 25, 2024. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Parrucci, in 2014. Devoted mother of Dana Parrucci-Zambrano and her husband, Richard Zambrano, Sr., and Kira Munoz and her husband, Fernando Munoz. Adored Nana of Tesah, Taryn, and Richard, Jr. Loving great-grandmother of Luna and Lily. Cherished sister of Dr. Michael Salcedo, Raymond Salcedo, and the late Gloria Roganti. During her career, Carmen was a buyer for Con Edison in New York, NY. Following her retirement, Carmen enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, taking care of her dogs and cats, working on her crossword puzzles, and reading Newsday. Most of all, Carmen loved taking care of her family. A beautiful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt, Carmen will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Saturday, November 30, 2024, 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carmen's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
