So short for words, my heart broke into pieces when I heard the news. She was so devoted and active. I'm still in great shock. RIP Sis.

Endear Sister this is still unbelievable to me. Remembering our days in the choir all the  way back from 2006 till present. I still see a lot of pictures that we all took together with your unforgettable smile. There is so much to remember about you. I still can't believe that this happened. It still feels as if we all were still singing together as of yesterday. It seems as if there are so much questions to ask God, but at the end of it all He knows best and who are we to question our father. Sis Yetty you are gone way too soon. I write this with so much tears that one of my sisters is gone. May your soul rest in perfect peace.

Words cant fully express the way I feel, but I thank God that you lived a good life. My dear sister, may you rest in the bosom of our Lord.

Dear sister,
 I have watched and observed your sincere love for God and the  brethren, your awesome angelic voice like none other, which pierced deep down the marrows of your listeners..like an angel on earth.You ministered  to all when you sang not entertain or show off as most others do; you were  always in the spirit and that's  what I loved most about you. The Lord saw your spirit and sincerity and thought he will need you more in Heaven than you were needed here on earth. It pleased God for  he said he delights in the death of the righteous; you are a righteous woman of valor, you fought your good fight and now you are rejoicing... however those you left behind may they be Consoled ...may they be able to get to where you are right now amidst the tear-drops, thistles, thorns,raging storms and wilderness of life...may they be able to enter into God's rest and  rejoice with you forever. Amen

You were such a loving and straight forward sister and friend. I can't forget how dear you were to your siblings and us who by chance are there friends. The love you showed my sister was a motherly one, and I can't forget how you used to call me by a pet name - "Brother Lulu". I miss you but rest in the Lord till we meet again.

Sis yetunde it sad I never get the chance to know you and experience how much of a kind hearted person people know you are..........but I thank God for your life , and am sure you in a better place where there is no pain or suffering nomore .....r.i.p sis yetunde And your family most expecially racheal will always be in my prayer .

First I want to give thanks to the Almighty God our creator.  In all things, we give thanks to the Most High.  Yetunde fought a good fight of faith and won the battle against cancer.  Cancer did not get the best of my precious daugher because she is home with her father, the creator of all living things.  He is the one that knew her the most and the one that called her to the most high place.  Yetunde will forever remaain in the memory of those who had the privilege of knowing her.  The lovely smile that she was blessed with right from crradle remained with her even in the face of adversities and into her death.  As I have expressed to many who have shared this moment of sorrow with us, I am privileged to be Yetunde's mother.  It is my request that everyone should please join me in one accord to pray for the daughter and the husband that she left behind.  It is my strongest belief that Yetunde came to this world for an assignment  and I believe that she indeed completed her work before departing.

TO MY PRECIOUS DAUGHTER, YETUNDE ENITAN OLUWATUNBI, OLUWARAMIPADA, I SAY, I GIVE ALL THE PRAISES TO GOD ALMIGHTY FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF GOING THROUGH THE JOURNEY OF LIFE AND DEATH WITH YOU.  IT IS WITH A HEAVY HEART AND RELUCTANCE THAT I SAY GOODBYE UNTIL WE MEET AND NEVER TO PART AGAIN.

Sister Yetunde you have gone too soon. You were a true example of a person who loves God. Despite all you still gave God your true service ... From over night choir vigil to attending daily choir practice preparing for the convention. I will really miss you...the advises you gave me and the words of wisdand can never be replaced.        How do i describe our years together? i simply won't find the right words to describe it. To try to contain you in words is futile. In any generation there can only be one like you, you were that one star. You were a child of destiny born for no other time than the one you found yourself. Dear Wife, with you i found joy, love and kindness in their real senses. You were an epitome of beauty, peace and my spiritual leader, always making sure i was close to God. This, i sincerely appreciated and will always be a part of me.
        Your life on earth was short but worthy of emulation. you melted my heart with your kindness and your faithfulness to me will never be equaled. Enitan Yetunde Mabogunje-Uchea, you were a rare gift to me and humanity.
      As i bid you goodbye, i just want to thank you for all the love, joy and support. Thanks for giving me Rachel to look up to,what an amazing child she is. With your departure, a part of me will be missing forever because you are irreplaceable but i trust that the living God who gave you to me will look after me and our only child, Rachel. In Rachel you have immortalized yourself. And for all that stood by the families of UCHEA and MABOGUNJE during this trying time, through your prayers and otherwise, i say God be with you too and please continue with your prayers.

Yetunde, this is the promise upon which we all anchor our hope, knowing that God's promises cannot return to Him void. We shall all meet again to part no more.

Sister yetunde, my heart bleeds for you gone so soon, I want to write but the words don't come out, I remember you from my baby naming ceremony, you so kind yet so gentel, I wasn't close to you yet I observe from a distance. You inspire me in ways you never know and I admire you so much. You will be missed but I know in my heart you in a much better place, in the arms of the most high where there is no sorrow, no pains just joy forever more. My heart goes out to your loving family. Your smiles will be greatly missed.

Yetunde, It has been a pleasurable time ever since the years (1993)we've met and after we parted to reconnect some few years ago. You are a special breed of its own kind. I believe you have gone to rest with the Lord. Sweet is the remembrance of the righteous, sleep on till we meet at the wonderful shore of our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray God will grant the Family fortitude to bear this gain unto the Lord.

Sister Yetunde, it was a pleasure knowing you, your welcoming "one of a kind" smile, your confidence, your strong willed personality & your drive, all will be terribly missed. You were there in a short notice where ever a friend was in need. You were a blessing to us all. You used the gift that God gave you to minister to people that were in need. Death has horribly robbed us but the God that we serve knows best. You will be missed badly by everyone that you touched. May your wonderful soul rest in perfect peace. I will never never that beautiful smile of sister Yetunde. She was truly like a mother figure filled with so much sound and great advice. She was always praising and thanking God. My last memory with her was we were preparing for praise night in church and she said we should do a song together she wrote the chorus and I prepared a rap to do on it then she said "you know I can rap too" so she rapped Kirk Franklin stomp song for me and we laughed and rapped the whole song together. My dear Aunty will truly be missed and all the joyous moments we spent with her will keep our heart warm until we see her again in heaven rejoicing with our King of Kings.

I am short of words, only God can comfort your family but I know you are resting in the lord. You left too soon but you had a good life. Good night Enitan, RIP

My most beautiful, bold, amiable and role model sister Enitan Yetunde Mabogunje-Uchea, from the age of 5 years old you have been a mother figure to me and my brother, I remember the first time you cooked for us you were just 51/2 years going on 6 years old, you lighted the gas and cooked beans for us before Daddy returned from work. You are blessed, for your motherly touch, you always made sure we stayed in the church, you always reminded us of the values our parents gave us, through thick and thin, you guarded us with though love, you were my best friend, my mother, my mentor, in the views of life, in decency, in self respect, in legacy and in trust. Every moment we shared even to your last breath was fantastic. I will miss the way you look at me before I step out of the house and you honestly say to me that's not a good out fit go and change it. You brought the best woman out of me. You made sure I am in the hands of a very good husband. You made sure I stayed in line with God and work with His vision for my life. You were virtuous woman, a good wife to your husband and fantastic mother to your daughter. I Love you and I miss you. REST IN PEACE IN THE BOSSOM OF THE LORD. ADIEU!

I will never forget a dear sister, caring mother, and a true mentor of all time. Many demand respect but you earned it through your motherly character and leadership principles. Yours is rear amongst men. You accomplished the task that takes many 10 or more years to accomplish in just 6 years. You was the first Katherine Koleman I knew before I found out there was another one. Your firm trust in God speaks loud before you say a word. The lives you have impacted in such a short period of time speaks long after your departure. The battle over your health was not lost but won in Christ; for Apostle Paul said, "for you to live is christ and to die is a gain..." You fought the good fight of faith and you won on every side.
