Phyllis Palumbo (nee Carollo), 87, entered Eternal Life on July 4, 2022. Predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Thomas, in 2009. Beloved mother of Diana Azzopardi (Warren Kaufold), Lucy DeNicola (Craig), and Debi Yanicky (Thomas). Devoted grandmother of Ken Yarmosh (Stephanie), Rachel Yarmosh, Kristie Williams (Mike), Cara Bowen (Bob), Elena Alexander (Ian), Ashlea Azzopardi, and Melanie Zwerling (Eric). Adored great-grandmother of Sam, Noah, Scarlet, Gabriel, Luke, Sawyer, Jack, and Crew. She will be deeply loved and forever missed by each life that she touched. The family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Thursday, July 7, 2022, 2-4:30 PM and 7-9:30 PM. Interment 10 am Friday, July 8, 2022, at Calverton National Cemetery.
