Salvatore J. Cataldo, age 89, of Babylon, New York passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024. Salvatore was born in Brooklyn, NY. Beloved Husband of Leanora. Loving father of Salvatore (Linda) Cataldo, Nancy Ann (Tommy) Kilkenny and Jo-Ann (Bobby) Benison. Cherished Poppi of Leigh-Ann, Nanci-Ann, Bobbie-Ann, Jo-Ann, Nicholas, Edward and Jonathan. Adoring Great grand Poppi of Lily, Jolie, Sari and Christopher. An avid fisherman and Army Veteran, he will be missed by all who knew him.
A visitation for Salvatore will be held Wednesday, January 1, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 39 N Carll Ave, Babylon, NY 11702. A burial will follow Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
