Stephen Ray Fellman, (Village of Babylon Building Inspector) was an trained as an architect. A resident of Babylon Village, New York, he was born on January 23, 1957, and passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 68. He is the loving father of Ashley Fellman, Patricia Martella, Reilly Fellman, and Macklin Fellman. Devoted brother of Mark Fellman, Greg Fellman, and Todd Fellman. Steve was cherished by his grandchildren.
