It’s been 4 years since Terrance past.  He is not forgotten.

Terence's brother James moved to our neighborhood a few months ago.  Although COVID hasn't allowed all of us time to really connect with him, our brief encounters on our street as he walked Biscuit showed us what a fine man he is.  We are sure his Terence was the same.  James, George and I are so sorry for your loss.

We lost a rare man this week a sympathetic, empathetic, kind, funny, easy going partner and friend. I feel honored to have had him as a great partner and more so a great friend. I used to walk through the office door knowing I was walking into great conversation and usually an adventure in meal planning for the day. He made the day flow easily and opened my world up to Taco Bell breakfast and the comic Marvel universe. I’m thankful for the time I was able to spend with him the last few years. He was never condescending, never unkind had an amazing sense of humor with the endless pranks. The world lost a bright light and amazing person and I miss you already! 

I'll always remember Terence, he always had a smile on his face. Condolences to his family.

Terence was a grooms man for my brother Brian O’Donnell. We have such fond memories of him. A true gentleman and friend. Condolences to Jen and his family..  Ciara O’Donnell, Dublin, Ireland

These boys were and always will be a band of brothers.  Good times and bad they were always by each other's sides. This is a big loss.   Just like the song Only the good die young!

On that day we were quoting Adam Sandler movies all day. And boy, did we get into trouble going on that field trip, but it was worth it. It was always refreshing to see a smile on his face when he’d come to work, he always had something to be happy about. We should learn from his positivity and forever keep it with us.

Terence was just as wonderful and amazing as you, Jen, which made you two such a great couple. He was as kind, and just an all around great person, full of love and strength. I know your kids will carry on in that same way.

There are no good words to make this all better.  Terence Connelly this is one of the hardest loss.  You were one of the kindest, happiest, friendliest humans I know.   You truly were like a brother to us and much nicer than our own brother. ;) You will be missed is understatement.   You leave behind 3 beautiful children and wife that I know you loved with everything you had.  Terence you were loved.  We will miss that happy friendly smile.  We will miss your kindness.  You will live on in the legacy of your children and friends and to all that you leave behind. I meet you at Queens College almost 21 years ago and we got sworn in to NYPD. You supported me through the academy like a big brother. I will miss your humor and kindness. Sleep in peace 🙏

Jenn, Connelly children - it was an honor to work with Terence, few people have managed to leave an ever lasting impression like the one Terence achieved. Always know it was always about his family who he always talked about and treasured. If there was ever a man that embodied family it was Terence. Terence, thank you for all the awesome moments we shared, you always knew how to lighten things up.  This is certainly not a goodbye, it's more of - Until we meet again. Rest in Peace Hero

Rest in peace T!  Gonna miss our morning high 5's. The great ones that would echo throughout the third floor and the bad ones that would sting so bad our hands would be red for at least 5 minutes! You were one of a kind bud. Gone way too soon. 

Terry will be definitely missed I knew him to be a great colleague funny kind selfless person a great father and most of all a gentleman  god speed

My heartfelt love and deepest sympathy to Jen, and the children. Terrance was an amazing friend and officer, when my husband suddenly passed more than 4 yrs ago, he helped the girls and I with whatever we needed. He chose to do the detail in front of our house and helped with the overwhelming and comforting  presence of the NYPD.  He loved being an Officer, but was most proud of his Beautiful wife and daughter and handsome sons.
