I met "Mr.Keith" when I was a child.  His wife, Ms. Evelyn and my mother worked together at The Equitable Trust Company.  My mother, would take my brother and I to their house in Hampden to visit them. We thought it was soo cool he was a police officer.  He managed to get my brother his first bicycle from the police department. I always remembered how nice that was for him to do that.  Over the years, we lost touch a little bit. But then years later, we met again when I, too, joined the Baltimore Police Dept. Upon graduating from the police academy, I was assigned to the Northwestern District.  My first day there, I saw "Mr. Keith."  It was a great re-union after almost 20 years!  I can truly tell you that "Charlie" was an incredible man.  He was a dedicated police officer, a devoted husband, and father.  He will be truly missed by those who knew him.  Rest in Peace, "Mr. Keith."

Charlie always had a joke and was pretty quick to grabbed you when you joked him back. May your entire family find peace. God Bless, See you when I see you Wagon Man

Charlie, my thoughts and prayers go out to you. You taught me so much about police work at the very start of my career.I will hold memories of all the days we spent in the wagon, transporting prisoners. Your sense of humor made many dificult things, better. Your even had the prisoners laughing.

We will truly miss Captain Chesapeake (you know that is what Reds always called him).  

Mr. Kevin always had a great sense of humor with him that he shared with everyone.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time especially during the holidays.

But my religious believe is that you now have another guardian angel in heaven to watch over you whenever you need one.

We know he will be missed but there is life after death and he is definitely not feeling any pain any more and telling his jokes to those above.
