Cotter, Sr., loving husband of Betty Cotter; devoted father of David Cotter , Jr. and the late Dennis Cotter and Steven Cotter, Sr.; brother of Lois, Pat, Billie, Linda, Bunnie and Phyllis Cotter; cherished grandfather of Steven Cotter, Jr.,Danielle Cotter and Brian Cotter. Also survived by his loving Dog Marty.
