George Thomas Merson

On July 1, 2017 George Thomas Merson of St. Augustine, Florida; husband of the late Norma Lee Merson (nee Sheridan); husband of Joan (Micki) C. Merson (nee Gardner); son of the late Raymond R. Merson and Carrie V. Merson; loving father of Carl T. Merson of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania and Craig A. Merson and his wife, Jan Merson of St. Augustine, Florida; cherished grandfather of Michael Lehr and his wife Lisa Lehr, Scott Lehr and his wife, Jacklyn Lehr and Zachary Merson and his wife, Ginger Merson. Great grandfather of Scott Lehr, Jr., Gabe Lehr, Raylyn Lehr, Calen Lehr, Madison Lehr and Dylan Lehr; dear brother of the late Raymond Merson; and the late Ruth Rowley; dear brother-in-law of John R. Brittingham, and Ronald L. Sheridan. George is also survived by other loving family and friends. George was born and raised in Baltimore (Hampden), Maryland and was an owner operator truck driver for over 50 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Thursday, July 6th 3-5, 7-9. Funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 7th with Internment at Druid Ridge Cemetery.
