Joann L. Howard passed away on April 1, 2025; devoted daughter of the late Hall A. Howard, and Shirley Howard; beloved sister of Sharon L. Hughes and the late Jackie L. Schaffer; cherished aunt of 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
The family will receive friends in the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at which time Joann’s life will be celebrated at 1:00 PM.
Entombment Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery.
