On March 21, 2015 L. John “Jack” Barnes, loving husband, of 58 years, of Beth Barnes ( nee Witzke) ; devoted father of Mary Allyn Foster and her husband Lamar Foster; Amy Barnes-Elliott and her husband Charles Elliott ,Jr.; cherished grandfather of Charlie, Jacob and Eliza Elliott.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday April 11th at 11:00AM at Hunt's Memorial United Methodist Church,1912 Old Court Road. Towson, MD 21204. In honor of Jack, the family asks that everyone please wear bright colors to the service. Those desiring, contributions may be made to The Gettysburg College Sunderman Conservatory Musical Program or Gilchrist Hospice.
