Thelma “Honey” Lee Roettger passed away on December 29, 2025, into the arms of Jesus after a long battle with multiple health issues. Honey is survived by her sons Thomas Skaggs, Jr. and his wife Sandra, Brian Skaggs, and the late Steven Ruby; devoted sister of Joan Myers, Martha Myers, and the late Murray Myers, Jane Ott, Sandra Jenkins, Grace Myers and Steven Myers; cherished grandmother of Jenifer, Heather, Amie, Brittany, Brandon, Brock and the late Bradley; and many great grandchildren; adoring great- great grandmother of Jaylisyn Webb.
The Family will receive friends at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Rd. Baltimore, MD 21211 on Sunday afternoon from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
A service will be open to everyone on Monday at 11 am followed by a private burial.
