William H. Rice, III, died on April 4, 2015, at the age of 70; beloved husband of Joyce Rice (nee Helwig) of 49 years, devoted father of Janice Gamble and her husband George, and David Rice and his wife Amy; cherished grandfather of Madison and Johanna Gamble and Katie and Steven Rice. He is preceded in death by his parents William H. Rice, Jr. and Angela Mosca Rice.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 10 am at Breath of God (St. Paul) Lutheran Church at the corner of Pratt & Clinton Streets in Highlandtown. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Breath of God Lutheran Church, 141 S. Clinton Street, Baltimore, MD 21224.
