

Mr. Dean Bradley Tomm passed away in Barrhead on April 4, 2016 at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his loving family; wife, Judy of 25 years, two sons; Bradley and Michael. He is also survived by his mother; Jean Tomm and his in laws; Roger and Margaret R Lamoureux of Barrhead, his sister; Sherrilyn (Jim) Lavoie, nephews; Noah and Caleb of Barrhead, sister in laws; Bonnie (Warren) Esslinger, nieces; Janiah, Elisa, Micha-el, Brielle of Edmonton, Sandra (Simon) Webster, nephew; Joseph of Scotland, as well as numerous other family and many friends.
Dean is predeceased by his father; Oscar Tomm.
Dean worked at the county of Barrhead as a mechanic and welder. He loved to restore anything old; cars, tractors, skidoos. Dean was a collector of many things throughout his life. He loved trapping, camping and fishing. He had an enormous sense of humour and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. St. John’s Lutheran Church, Barrhead with Pastor Kevin Ree officiating. A private family inurnment followed the service at the Lunnford cemetery, Barrhead.
