Edward Klatt

The late Mr. Edward (Eddy) Klatt was born in Barrhead, AB on January 8th, 1945 to the late Frieda & Ferdinand Klatt. He will be missed by his family of 5 siblings: Mrs. Lillian (Gus) Assenheimer of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; Mrs. Violet (Bob) Eckert of Barrhead, AB; Mr. Ben (Inge) Klatt of Barrhead, AB; Mr. Ervin (Lavern) Klatt of Blue Ridge, AB; and Mrs. Dorothy (Nick) Duma of Grassland, AB. He was an Uncle to 15 nieces & nephews, 25 great nieces & nephews, and 1 great great niece.

The Funeral Service was held at Rose Garden Chapel, Barrhead, AB, on Saturday, May 9th, 2015. The pallbearers were all nephews: Raymond Assenheimer, Melvin Klatt, Kevin, Klatt Shawn Klatt, Preston Duma, Selby Duma. The service was led by Mrs. Lavern Klatt, sister-in-law. Mrs. Cheryl Austin, niece, accompanied the singing on the piano and played beautiful songs prior and following the service. The interment took place at the Lunford Cemetery.
