Leon Liske

May 28, 1922 – December 16, 2015

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mr. Leon Liske, late of Barrhead, AB, formerly of Mystery Lake, AB, at the age of 93 years. He is survived by 3 children; Shirley Schooler, Barrhead, Gord Liske, Mystery Lake, Carl (JoAnne) Liske, Barrhead, 7 grand -children; Sheila (Brian), Jodi (Dallas), Sheldon, Sheena, Miran (Anthony), Deziray (Clinton), Melisa (Kris), 12 great grand children; Jordan, Kyle, Kali, Kadan, Dane, Cale, Tatum, Brock, Raina, Navy, Joscelyn, Olivia, as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Leon is predeceased by his wife; Margaret of 65 years, his parents; Michael and Natalie, three sisters, four brothers; son-in-law; Sid, and three great grand children.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at St. Michaels Lutheran Church, Mystery Lake, AB, with Pastor Horst Gutsche Officiating. Interment to follow at the St. Michaels Lutheran Church Cemetery.
