Lorna will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Thelma Ehl; her brother, Michael Ehl (Wendy, Sean, Madison); her husband, Daniel Penchuk; her daughter, Danielle Pougher (Brian, Kassidy); and many dear cousins, friends, and their families. She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Ehl.
She will be remembered for a life filled with love and warmth, a spirit marked by humor, and a strength that inspired all who knew her.
The family is deeply grateful to the staff at the Barrhead Community Cancer Centre and the Cross Cancer Institute for their kindness, compassion, and dedicated care throughout Lorna’s courageous fight with cancer.
In keeping with her wishes, no funeral service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory.
