Agness Elnora Miller

Agness E. Miller, 87, of Arlington, TN, passed away on July 29, 2017. She was retired resident manager of Buena Vista Apartments of Memphis and was a faithful member of New Salem Presbyterian church in Lakeland, TN. She loved to make quilts in which she donated to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Daycare and belonged to her church ladies quilting group. She was preceded in death by her husband Laddie Miller, her sons Don and Dave Miller, and her grandson Donnie Miller. She is survived by her son Randy Miller (Judith), her son Roger Miller (Robyn), two close daughter-in-law; Joey Miller and Wanza Alberson; two sisters; Rosa Webster, Martha Ann Coleman; one brother Lynco Smith; her grandchildren; Jason ,R.D, Chris “Bear”, and Bryant Miller, Christie Jarvis, Cyndi Edwards, and Misty “Misery” Rose; 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for 5pm until 8pm, on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, with funeral services at 10 am, on August 2, 2017, all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Rd Bartlett, TN 38133. Entombment will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens. Any Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Day Care or the Church Health Center.
