He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Graves.

He is survived by his daughters, Debby Rose (Dee), Sandi Bishop (Sonny); his sons, Philip Graves (Angie), Billy Graves, Jr.; grandchildren, Billy Graves, III, Jason Graves (Danielle), PJ Graves (Nadia), Amanda Woods, Sabrina Rodriguez (Radolfo), Melissa Rose (Andre Nash), Carrie Larma, 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; his sister Becky Spicer; and his brothers, Thomas Graves, Sonny Graves, and Larry Graves.

Family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 13th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will be on Wednesday, November 14th, at 2:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
