Christopher George Pinkney was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 9th, 1946.

The son of Carl F. Pinkney and Gaile V. Soderberg, Chris was raised by his grandparents Flora Mae Cornell and George Glen Soderberg.

Chris attended Case Western Reserve where he played football and received a Masters Degree in both Business and Physics.

Chris went to work at Federal Express to work in project management and enjoyed a lengthy career before retiring.

Chris leaves behind his wife Gail, his daughter Lisa Medema, his stepchildren Joey Sulipeck and Monica Maynard, and his grandchildren Chloe, Milo, Roman, Cole and Eve.
