Emily Clarice Allen, born on April 1, 1924, she died peacefully at home on December 3, 2018. Sister to Ralph Royer, Hot Springs, AR and to nine deceased brothers and sisters. Mother of Joan Brown (Billy), Nancy Jennings (Jerry) and Woodrow Dean Allen (Melissa) and grandmother of Michael Brown (Kristie), Deborah Perry (Anthony), Julie Alsobrook (Noel), Matthew Jennings, and 11 great-grandchildren.

We offer a special thanks to her caregiver of over five years, Lisa Mendoza.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Friday, December 7th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 2:00pm.
