Daniel Thomas Fay

Daniel Thomas Fay, 61, of Cordova, passed away, September 1, 2013. He attended University of Memphis and worked as a consultant through CAD Support Firm. Danny was serving the Lord at St Paul United Methodist Church, Lakeland TN as an Usher, UMCOR volunteer, Chairman of Staff Parish Relations Committee, United Methodist Men, and member of the Inquirers Sunday School Class. He loved the Lord and will be missed by many. He loved to play golf with his golfing buddies. An avid collector and auto enthusuiast. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Smith Fay and his son, Zachary Thomas Fay. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen Fay, his wife of 41 years Martha Fay, son Joshua Daniel Fay (Jena), Katie Fay (daughter in law), two grandchildren, Josh Jr. and Charlotte, two brothers, Barry (Pam), and Randy, two sisters Nancy Covich (Jerry) and Linda Simpson (Steve). Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 3 at Memphis Funeral Home on Germantown Parkway. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the St. Paul United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
