Dexter Clint Dunlap, 72, of Millington, TN, passed away on December 28, 2024. Dexter was an enthusiastic supporter of the Memphis Tigers Football team, proudly holding season tickets for 35 years and being an active member of the Highland Hundred Booster Club. His love for the Tigers was a cornerstone of his life.

Professionally, Dexter worked as an Estimator for B and C Construction for over 34 years, where he was a respected and valued team member.

Dexter’s love for family was undeniable. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Pat Dunlap, for 51 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Murial Dunlap and Mae Ruth Zackery, and his beloved daughter, Pepper. He leaves behind his cherished brothers, Tim Dunlap (Carol) and Monte Dunlap (Lori), as well as a host of nieces and nephews who will always hold him dear.

Dexter is survived by his loving wife, Pat Dunlap, one son, Jimmy Dunlap (Suzanne), grandsons, Christopher Dunlap and Drew Hickman, and great-grandsons, James and Michael Dunlap, all of whom will carry on his legacy with love and pride.

A celebration of Dexter’s life will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025, 4:00 pm -7:00 pm, in the Bartlett Room at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Memphis Tigers Football Program or The Highland hundred Booster Club.
