Eris was born on October 11, 1927, in McKenzie, Tennessee, to Ira and Minerva Lewelling.
She was proceeded in death by her siblings and her husband of nearly 75 years Charles A. Connell.
She leaves her two sons Dr Charles R Connell (Pat) of Bartlett, TN and Donald Ray Connell (Tammy) of Knoxville, TN. Three grandchildren, Cammilla Lejeune of Memphis, TN, Dr Wayne Connell(Marissa) of Knoxville, TN, and Dr Michael Connell(J) of Cummins, GA. She also leaves two great grandchildren Luke and Magnolia.
