Gerald “Jerry” Williams, SCPO (R) USN, 83, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on August 15, 2017. Jerry was a Mason for 50 years and a member of the Scottish Rite. He was a member of Al Chymia Shrine Temple where he drove the van transporting children to the hospital and worked with the annual Shrine circus. Jerry was a master Bridge Player and also a volunteer to do tax preparation with AARP. He was very accomplished having triple majors from the University of Memphis. Jerry is survived by his wife of 64 years Alma Dean Williams, his children Jim Williams (Miriam), Debbie Ledford (Skip), one sister Connie Eastridge (Harry), two grandchildren Karen René Williams (Daniel), and Benjamin Williams (Courtney). The family will receive friends from 9am until service time at 10am, on Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 3700 N. Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133.
