Some of my best childhood memories were the occasions when the Smith cousins would come to Ohio to visit. The visits never disappointed; filled with fun, laughter, and antics! You could always count on Aunt Janice to be laughing, smiling, and carrying on. Pure happiness and joy.

Aunt Janice looked so vibrant and full of life when y’all came when Dad was sick. I’m so glad we all reconnected. I hope Aunt Janice’s remaining years were filled with happiness and peace.

I know she is part of each and every one of you, and her memory will live on.

Janice and I were sometimes roommates at Wooster and I always valued her friendship. I enjoyed keeping up with her over the years. We shared our enthusiasm for bridge.

Donny, Donna, and family,

I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. May the Lord provide you with a comforting peace that he alone can sustain you with during this time. May you find peace and comfort knowing that your mother lives in paradise with the Lord and she will forever live in your heart.

Dear Betsy, Donnie, Jeff and Families,

Heard the news about your Mom from Margy. Aunt Jan was the last of her generation for many of us with connections to the Smith family. We have many memories of family reunions in Akron at Sis and Bud's house.

Missy, Matt and I send our love and prayers to you all at this time of loss.

John
