Kevin Dale Ware, 55, of Lakeland, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2014. He enjoyed playing golf and was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. Mr. Ware leaves his beloved wife Tammi Ware; son and daughter in law, Jay Dale and Angie Ware and their daughter, Annabelle Rae Ware; daughter and son in law, Page and Chase Holmes and their children, Nolan Chase and Hadley Claire Holmes; parents, Julian Dale and Barbara Bennett Ware; sister and brother in law, Debra Ware and John Wayne Goode; sister, Linda Grammer Kilgo; father and mother in law, Edward and Marlene Meier; brothers in law, Michael (Tracy Short)Meier, Mitch (Laurie Steele) Meier, Tom (Tracy Jones) Meier and Karl (Jennifer Wylie) Meier. A celebration of Mr. Ware’s life will be at 1 p-.m. Saturday, December 27 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., with family and friends gathering beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Byhalia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial gifts be made to either the Jason Motte Foundation (Let’s Strike Out Cancer) or to Place of Hope c/o Hope Presbyterian Church.
