A graveside service will be held at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, April 16th at 2:00 PM, in the Garden of Compassion.
Lorine was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her sweet spirit and kind heart. She raised four beloved children as a dedicated homemaker, and later pursued a career in cosmetology, touching many lives with her care and creativity.
She is survived by her daughters, Carla Poindexter (Charles) and Beverly Swanson; her sons, Dennis Rodgers and Terry Rodgers; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and was joyfully awaiting the arrival of her first great-great-grandchild in September 2025.
Lorine was a precious gift from God—gentle, loving, and deeply cherished by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and the many lives she blessed.
