Madeline Mae Kruse of Collierville formerly of Forsyth, Illinois passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the age of 16. She was born July 27, 1998 in Decatur, Illinois to her parents, Tedd and Dawn Kruse. Madeline was a senior at Briarcrest High School. She is survived by her parents; brother, Jack Kruse; maternal grandparents, John and Carol Sullivan of Osage, Iowa; and paternal grandparents, Clarence and Dorothy Kruse of Osage, Iowa. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN. The family will also receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 5, 2015 at Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home, 702 State Street, Osage, Iowa. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1204 State Street, Osage, Iowa.
