Mary Evelyn Renfro departed this life on Sunday November 5, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN at the age of 78 years. She was born on July 20, 1939 in Pleasant Hill, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late John and Clara Brewer.
Mary was retired from her work in retail for many years. She loved spending time with family and her dogs, Suzy and Roxy. She was a member of Cornerstone Church in Memphis.
She is survived by daughters Patricia Turner and husband William, Pamela Jones and husband Alfred, and Peggy Faulkner as well as one son Charles Robert Faulkner; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Services will be held at Memphis Funeral Home on Germantown Parkway on Wednesday November 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Brother Harry Camp officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held for friends and family on Tuesday November 7, 2017 from 5-8 pm.
