Odie “Joe” Romero, 62, of Memphis, passed away on June 4, 2013. He worked security with Central Defense Security Co. Mr. Romero was preceded in death by his parents, Marguerite and Odelon Ceasar Romero and a sister, Diane Rebecca Romero. He is survived by his sisters, Joy Romero and Nita Hershman; his brothers, Ceasar Romero, Gary and Johnny White; and many other relatives. A memorial service will be this afternoon, Monday, June 10 at 4 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends beginning at 3.
