Priscilla Ann York

Priscilla A. York, born on January 25, 1941 in Bruce, Ms, passed away at St. Francis Hospital on October 4, 2024. She was a devoted member of Bellevue Baptist Church, she was predeceased by her parents, Wister A. Turner and Jessie Odell Turner, as well as her siblings, Jean Wyat, Jane Steele, and James Andrew Turner, and her son Greg York. She is survived by her husband, Alton E. York of Cordova, TN, daughter Cindy Jones (Dennis) Newbern, TN, son Leslie York (Chrystal) Munford, TN, and four granddaughters—Andrea Smith (Harold) Franklin, TN, Rachel Hopper (Tim) Dickson, TN , Morgan Scott (Kyle) Dickson, TN, and Carmen Hill (Jeff) Coldwater, MS —along with 16 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Bellevue Baptist Church Chapel at 2:00 on October 14, 2024 with Mike Foster officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that financial gifts be made to Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief or Bethel Colony of Mercy
