Ralph E. Kelly, 78, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014. He was a graduate of Darling High School in Mississippi and a veteran of the United States Army. He earned both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Memphis and worked for over twenty years at First Tennessee Bank retiring as a Senior Vice President. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn and three children, Patti and Mike Kelly of Memphis and Kathleen Vandiver of Jackson, Tennessee along with three grandchildren, Joseph, Jonathan and Noel Vandiver. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 6 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial gifts be sent to Covenant Baptist Church in Collierville, Tennessee.
