Ralph Montgomery Hayes, 90, of Cedar Bluff, AL., passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. He leaves behind, his daughter, Dena (Paul) Tong, brother, Bobby Hayes of Jacksonville FL., and three step grandchildren of Rainbow City AL. Mr. Hayes was a WWII vet. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 22 from 6-8pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. There will be a graveside service held on Thursday at 10am also at the same location.
