63, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012 after a long illness. Miss Bishop was a dedicated teacher with the Memphis City Schools until her illness forced her to retire after 20 years. She leaves her father, James Bishop of Memphis; a sister, Celia Bills (Ray) of Bartlett and two nephews, Brad Bills of Nashville, TN and Tim Bills of Oakland, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 6 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 7 in Memphis Memory Gardens.
