Bob graduated from Paul D. Schreiber High School in 1964 and Studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University Grew up in Port Washington, NY and currently resided in Memphis Tennessee.
Robert loved his family and took care of others first. He loved his NY sports teams as well as was a huge Tennessee Volunteer fan. His most precious times was spent with his wife Nancy, daughter and grandchildren. He was so proud of all their accomplishments and tried never to miss an event.
He Worked at Schering Plough as a chemist as well as ran RJE Consultants in his later years.
Predeceased by his parents John Laverne Edmundson & Alice Marie Edmundson and his sister Margaret A Quatela.
Survived by wife Nancy P. Sheffield Edmundson; brother Richard George Edmundson and Bonnie Edmundson and their children Andrew Edmundson, Thomas Edmundson, John Edmundson and Kate (Catherine) Harmon; Surviving daughter Catherine Hall, son-in-law Noel Lambert Hall and grandchildren Hayden Rhea Hall and Madeline Grace Hall
The family will receive friends for Robert will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. The funeral service will occur Monday, December 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133.
Interment will be at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38134.
