Robert L. Parker, Jr., 65, of Memphis, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He was employed with Conway Freight for 22 years. Mr. Parker, the husband of Teresa Parker for 37 years also leaves a daughter, Tandi (Sammy) Beesinger of Memphis; son, Robert L. (TeeKay) Parker, III of Buffalo, OK; stepson, Robert Covington of Memphis; sister, Ann Smith of Smithville, NC; half-brother, Robert B. (Teresa) Parker of Collierville; and grandchildren, Brittney and Tyler Beesinger and Dylan, Emiley, Chloe and Finley Parker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Hazel Parker. The family will receive friends Saturday morning beginning at 9 a.m. until service time at 10 a.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd.
