He was born to the late Trev and Betty Roark on December 12, 1957 in Memphis, Tennessee.
Russell is survived by his children, Lane Roark, Ryan Roark; his granddaughter, Indiana Duggar; his sister, Pam Heatherly (Scott), and Gary Roark.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
