Verne Melissa Taylor

Before her passing Mrs. Taylor had written how she would like her obituary to read:

She was the last of the older Vader Lee and Henry Jackson Markle family. They were a large family that were taught to believe in the LORD and to do unto others as you want them to do for you. Mrs. Taylor has been in bad health for several years. She loved people and liked to tell them about Jesus and how to be saved before the LORD calls you home. She enjoyed her family and liked to play with all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Taylor married George Taylor in 1935 and had 3 children, Lois, Kathy, and Euilus (Buddy). Lois married William Norman and had 2 girls, Paulette and Lisa Kay. Mary Kathrine Taylor married Steve Higginbotham and had 2 boys, Steven Blaine (Bo) and Cole Taylor. Euilus married Lorraine Boggs and had 3 boys, Mike, Darin, and Kevin.

Great grandchildren; Paulette Norman married Van Melton and had no children. Lisa Kay Norman married Tony Maccarino and had 4 children, Rachele, Zach, Laura, and Anthony.

Great-great grandchildren; Rachele Maccarino married David Hutchinson and had 5 children. Zach Maccarino married Ashley Knight and had 3 children. Anthony Maccarino married Kayla Franks and had 1 child. Laura Maccarino married Travis Moody and had no children. Bo Higginbotham married Monica and had 2 children. Cole Higginbotham married Neva Currie and had 2 children.

Mrs. Taylor has had a normal life. She loved the LORD in her heart when things went wrong. God bless all my loved ones. May God bless America forever.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. The funeral service will occur Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133.
